Help Me Cover Car Repair and Legal Costs

Hello everyone,

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and a bit of hesitation, but I’ve reached a point where I need to ask for help. My car, a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, recently broke down and required significant repairs. The total bill came out to $1,687.45, not including the rental car fees I’ve had to pay just to get to work and handle everyday responsibilities.

I expected my insurance company to cover the cost — that’s what we pay them for — but they’ve refused to honor the claim. I’ve followed every proper step: filed all the paperwork, provided documentation, and appealed their decision. Despite all of that, they continue to deny responsibility.

The situation has become even more complicated because I’m now fighting against Santander and Enterprise Car Rental regarding the charges, financing terms, and coverage issues related to this repair. I’ve submitted formal complaints to both the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and I’m exploring my legal options.

At this point, I’m also seeking advice on my right to rescind — to understand whether I can cancel or reverse certain financial agreements that I believe were made under unfair or misleading circumstances. This has been a long and difficult process, and I’m doing everything I can to handle it properly and transparently.
